• Unpublish requires a 2-month notice period while payments remain active.

NCS Coin System

All platform fees and add-ons run on a prepaid NCS Coin wallet.

• Add money to your studio wallet and receive an equal value of NCS Coins. For example, for a platform fee of ₹1200/-, load ₹1200/- and get NCS Coins worth 1200/-.
• NCS coins are available in different denominations based on usage requirements.
• Every enabled subscription add-on is a prepaid service — NCS Coins are debited on the 1st of every month for platform fee + all active subscriptions.
• A 10-day prior alert is sent if your available NCS Coins are lower than the total upcoming monthly cost.
• If credits are not topped up within the grace period, your studio and games will move offline until recharged.

Revenue & Ad Sharing

We keep monetization fair — you keep player spends, we share ad income.

• 100% of in-app purchase revenue is yours.
• NCS takes a share of advertisement revenue (Google/Meta/Trophee).
• Ad Revenue Split (per gmae):
  • Year 1: 60:40 (NCS : You)
  • From Year 2: 40:60 (NCS : You)

  Note: For games that do not include any in-app purchases, the ad revenue split will be 50:50 (NCS : Studio) for the first 2 years and 40:60 (NCS : Studio) thereafter, calculated per game. Studios are required to provide periodic declarations confirming that the game does not include any in-app purchases.

• Gamer Session Revenue Split (per game):
  • First 1 year: 65:35 (NCS : You)
  • From Year 2 onwards: 50:50 (NCS : You)
• Revenue payouts are processed every T+45 days from the date your game goes live.
